When an opportunity presents itself to stage a remake of her grandmother's 70's hit show "Buratino" (Pinocchio) with eight special needs children, Masha Maskova, a well-known Russian actress, packs her family on a four month-long trip to her family's Siberian hometown, feeling the project may bring her closer to her famous, but reclusive father.
